Welcome

Wellness is more than freedom from illness;  it is changing and growing towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle. By introducing new fitness research, we hope to bring every person the hope and health they seek with health and wellness articles.

Diet

We've all heard what you are what you eat, and we imagined turning into an ice cream cone or a burger. As silly as that image is, our research agrees with that old adage. Diet keeps us healthy and happy. Let us tell you why and what you can do to make meals nutritious and fun to eat.

Exercise

Exercise, unfortunately not extra fries, is what takes your fitness to the next level. We know it's not always fun to start, but realizing the benefits of some movement can get you excited about working your body. Join us on the path to a better you!

Sleep

It all starts with a healthy, restful sleep. Several of our projects study sleep extensively and our findings clarify sleep plays a major role in overall sleep. Learn more abut it's importance and what you can do to have a better night's rest.

 In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.  


To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
